Coaching helps people take charge of their lives through transformational dialogue between coach and ‘coachee’.

Coaching provides a safe space where you explore, strategize and then choose how to move forward. On your journey your Coach will support you in finding a solution focused approach to your life and it’s challenges. Your Coach provides accountability when you are willing to invest in yourself. Your coach will help you to change your life for the better after making the decision to face your fears and proactively work towards your vision. Coaching helps people to grow into better people, better parents, better leaders, better managers.

POSITIVE PSYCHOLOGY

Using the principles of Positive Psychology, clients are supported in defining clear goals and understanding how ‘whole fitness’ (physical, mental and emotional fitness) benefits high performance, health management and behavior change.

Walking coaching offers a great opportunity for introspection and reflection. Taking the coaching conversation outside can help individuals to be more present and focused, helping clients open their minds while enjoying the benefits of physical movement outdoors (an evidence based positive psychology intervention). Florida’s beautiful beaches and parks create the perfect backdrop for coaching and creating a unique sense of perspective.

Healthy habits are the foundation of a healthy lifestyle, supporting the four pillars of health: sleep, exercise, nutrition and stress management. Having a sleep schedule and regular routine is crucial to health. Based on research performed by Dr Pamela Peeke (presented at IDEA 2018), circadian rhythms control eating and sleeping habits whilst regulating rest, metabolism, cell renewal, and weight management. Positive habits that honor circadian rhythms are important for every body. Mastering one’s habits helps to significantly improve and maintain wellness.
